What I Can Do For You

Personal Training sessions in your home (or other location arranged in advance)

If you have personal goals to improve your physical fitness through cardiovascular, strength and/or flexibility training, I can design a personalized exercise program for you and work with you one to several times a week.

Wellness Coaching in person, by phone or video teleconference (via Skype).  If you are struggling with how to interpret all the confusing and often conflicting advice out there on health and wellness, and how to apply it to your life to improve your overall wellness, I can help.  Through an ongoing and guided process of dialogue, we can identify your needs, interests and personal orientations, and help you systematically, set and achieve your lifestyle wellness goals.

Public Speaking to all group sizes.  Whether you have a large group or small, I can present the overview of Real Honest Change, to encourage and motivate people to make incremental changes to improve their health.  This can be tailored to different timelines: 20 minutes to several hours.  Longer formats would include group coaching activities resulting in actual SMART goal setting and beginning the process of improving health.
